Data Retention – Your details will also be retained to enable us to comply with our responsibilities and legal duties under the relevant Waste and Environmental legislation. Once personal data is no longer needed we will destroy it securely.

Payment card and Direct Debit details will only be shared with our payment partner and not with any other third parties and will only be used to process your orders, using our payment partner’s systems.
HOW DO WE MAKE SURE THAT PAYMENTS ARE MADE SECURELY?
If you choose to make a payment by debit or credit card, then an authorised member of staff from Holley Ltd will enter your card data into Sage Account (SagePay) system with advanced fraud screening tools, with real-time AVS/CV2 checks.
If you choose to make regular payments by Direct Debit, then an authorised member of staff from Holley Ltd will take your completed Direct Debit form, enter your details into Sage “GoCardLess” system with ISO 27001 certification and all client server communication is 256-bit SSL Encrypted.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Unless otherwise discussed, individually. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standard Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.
HOW WILL WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
